To ensure you do receive the best experience at Rich Beauty we do have some House rules.
All Courses do require a £50 deposit which will become non - refundable if only 24 hours cancellation has been given.
All courses are valid for 18 months from purchase if course has not been attended Rich Beauty reserves the right to cancel and not offer a refund.
We also operate a 24Hours reschedule/cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend your appointment/course or wish to reschedule you must contact Rich Beauty by phone or email 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Contact 07920268412 or email: richbeautylondon@gmail.com. If you fail to give 24 hours cancellation notice you will be charged 100% off the treatment/course cost.
Consultation forms are required prior each treatment.
Our Right to cancel. If the therapist or Tutor is not available to carry out your treatment/course through circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to another date/time that would be convenient to you.
- Refunds and Exchanges; Products must be returned unopened, unused with their seal still intact and in the same condition purchased from Rich Beauty. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased. Courses that have been attended will not be Refunded. This does not affect your Statutory rights.
- We reserve the right to change without notice the nature of any course, treatment or package.
- Our prices are subject to change without notice.
For your Health and Safety and to also gain the best results from our services, you must follow our aftercare advice.

Anti - Wrinkle injections
Face to Face consultations prior to actual treatment date is a MUST
Anti- Wrinkle treatment is NOT provided on the first visit without consultation
A Routine review is offered after treatment this will be 2-3 weeks after procedure if you are unavailable to attend a review NO additional treatment will be given.

Arriving for Services
Please arrive for your appointment/ Course on time if not treatment times may be cut short.
In an effort to make your experience as relaxing as possible could we kindly request that mobile phones are switched to silent during your visit.​

Children:
All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied/ supervised by an appropriate adult.
Children are unable to accompany adults in our treatment/ Teaching room

Packages:​
Packages cannot be amended.
Packages price and treatments can be amended without notice, we reserve the right to change or amend package prices according to Rich Beauty Price Changes.
